This hands-on creative experience allows guests to design a unique piece of art using natural wood, coastal stencil patterns, and heat-scorch techniques that bring beautiful textures and depth to your design. After scorching the design into the wood, guests can add paint accents to personalize their artwork with coastal colors and finishes.

No prior art experience is needed — simple instructions are provided so anyone can enjoy the process.

Reservation Fee
A $12 reservation fee per guest is required to secure your experience at The Nautical Nest.
This fee supports the venue, guest coordination, marketing, and booking platform that allows these curated experiences to take place at the property.
The remaining balance for the experience will be paid directly to the experience provider once the booking is confirmed.
Reservation fees are non-refundable once the experience has been scheduled.

To reserve an experience, simply place an Experience Reservation through our website. This reservation secures the venue space and allows our team to coordinate scheduling with the experience host.
Once your reservation request is received, the experience provider will confirm availability and provide instructions for completing the booking if additional payment is required.

Experiences at The Nautical Nest are designed to enhance your stay with curated activities, wellness services, and creative workshops hosted at the property.
These experiences are available exclusively to registered guests staying at The Nautical Nest.
Some experiences are self-guided enhancements prepared for your stay, while others are hosted by professional vendor partners who travel to the property to provide private experiences.
To ensure proper preparation and scheduling, guests are encouraged to reserve experiences at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Certain experiences may require additional scheduling coordination depending on vendor availability.
Outdoor experiences may be adjusted, relocated, or rescheduled in the event of severe weather to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Optional upgrades, packages, or add-on enhancements may be available depending on the selected experience.
Booking Policy

To reserve these experiences, a non-refundable Experience Reservation Fee is required at the time of booking through The Nautical Nest website.
This reservation fee secures the venue space, coordinates scheduling, and confirms your request for the selected experience. The Nautical Nest provides the venue, booking platform, and guest coordination for curated experiences hosted by independent vendor partners. Experience providers set their own pricing and collect the remaining balance directly from guests after the reservation has been confirmed.
Once the reservation request is received, the experience host or vendor will contact you directly to confirm scheduling and provide payment instructions for the remaining balance of the experience.
Reservation fees are non-refundable once the experience has been confirmed with the vendor.
Certain experiences may require a minimum number of participants depending on the activity and vendor requirements.
